Natasha studied History of Art (BA) Hons at the University of Sussex. Her career began as Exhibitions Assistant at Milton Keynes Gallery, a new contemporary art gallery which opened in 1998 with new works by Gilbert & George. She then worked at Arts Council England as Assistant Visual Arts Officer followed by administering the Arts Council’s International Artists Fellowships Programme. This programme supported artists across the art forms enabling them to have up to three months residencies at renowned international arts venues across the world. Strong partnerships and collaborations were established including with the British Antarctic Survey, NASA, the Rijksakademie Amsterdam and Cittadellarte, Italy. Prior to working at AUB, Natasha provided PA and executive level support to a Senior Member of The Royal Household enabling her to gain strong secretarial and administrative skills.
In her day to day role, Natasha provides assistance to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC) in the execution of her duties; this covers a wide range of activities using secretarial and administrative technical skills and knowledge. Natasha acts as the first point of contact for the DVC’s office and, as a representative of the institution, often liaises with VIPs, Governors, other dignitaries and University stakeholders. Natasha also forms part of the University’s Secretariat supporting the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
