Janice is a qualified HR professional who completed her Human Resources qualification at the University of Westminster. Before starting her HR Partner role with AUB, she had been working within the public sector at Dorset and Poole Councils. Prior to this, she worked within customer focused and fast paced organisations across a variety of industries including media, FMCG, retail, manufacturing and distribution.Janice is an HR generalist and has experience across all areas of Human Resources including: recruitment and selection; employee relations; performance management; reward; equalities, training and development as well as case and project management. She has experience of supporting and delivering organisational change.
Janice is the HR Partner for a defined client base at AUB and using her HR knowledge and expertise provides professional HR Generalist support and advice covering the full spectrum of the employment cycle. This includes managing organisational change, recruitment and resourcing, performance management, reward and recognition and employee engagement to meet the University’s Strategic Plan and Objectives.
Janice manages a wide range of employee relations cases as may be required and is a strategic change partner for the client base and will also lead and / or contribute to specific HR projects.
