Research Specialism

Edward delivered his paper for Post Graduate Certification on the use of reflection within a design discipline. The work explored the themes of the design processes and how reflection-in-action can be attributed to the ongoing development of studio work.

Reflecting as an ongoing process within the design discipline has proven to alleviate stress and anxiety of students in both their work and their experience at university, whilst affording them the clarity and rigour in developing and implementing a concise design project.
