Associate Prof. Dominic Shepherd

Born in England in 1966, Dominic Shepherd studied Fine Art at Chelsea School of Art at both BA and MA level. He was a research fellowship at the AUB in 2008 and in 2004 Dominic was a prize winner at John Moores 23. He has exhibited internationally, with an extensive record of group and solo shows in London, New York, Berlin, Los Angeles, Helsinki, Munich and Miami and is represented by Charlie Smith London. He is included in, and has written for, various publications. Presently he is co co-ordinator of the Black Mirror Network that explores the influence and role of Enchantment, the occult and magic in modernist and contemporary art. The third edition of a series of peer reviewed volumes, Black Mirror 2: Elsewhere is being launched in autumn 2017.

An associate professor, Dominic currently teaches on BA and MA Fine Art.
