Drawing workshops with ferry passengers during the Diep-Haven In: Between cross-channel contemporary performing arts festival during summer 2014.
Festival Diep-Haven took place on the cross-channel ferry to offer passengers the experience of suspended time and immersion into the imaginary world of the cruise: an on-board exhibition assorted with a series of performances, concerts, lectures, video projections, and other playful events.
Show Me Where You’re Going was a series of one-to-one conversations where passengers were invited to imagine, recount and draw their journeys. Thus transformed into diagrams, sketches, patterns or doodles, the journeys were collated and then interpreted to be re-told as embroideries. Workshops ran for the duration of the voyage.
