We all experience stress from time-to-time, it’s part of life. Students from BA (Hons) Creative Events Management want to help change this with Retreat Yourself.
Part of the BA (Hons) Creative Events Management (CEM) students’ final Major Project, Retreat Yourself is designed to be a therapeutic one-day wellbeing event to promote the importance of relaxing and de-stressing from our busy lives. Their joint vision is to – ‘promote being more mindful of ourselves and the world around us in order to live in a happier and healthier environment.’
All profits from the tickets sold will go towards the Marine Conservation Society, whose pivotal work helps sustain the future of our seas and oceans.
