An AUB exhibition celebrating the pioneering work of designer Lucienne Day has gone international after opening in Ireland

Co-curated by AUB’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Emma Hunt and Lucienne’s daughter, Dr Paula Day, the show will run for the next two months.

Lucienne Day: Living Design tells the story of her career unfolding in a sequence of photographs drawn from the archives of the Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation.

The touring exhibition was given its debut in TheGallery at AUB last year and it was launched today (July 19) in Dublin Castle’s Coach House Gallery.

Other previous locations include the Oxfordshire Museum, Vertical Gallery in Manchester, the Museum of Carpet in Kidderminster and the New Brewery Arts in Cirencester.
