This was a live project, coordinated by Nathan Ball from the MArch Year 2 course, to design a new future proof beach hut to replace the old ones ravaged by the effects of a changing coast at Studland beach. I worked with 3 other students in 2nd year Architecture to develop a form that took the iconicism of the traditional beach hut that is known and loved across generations. We transformed it with a more durable structure and contemporary look.
