My final accessory piece for my ‘Fungi Fashion’ Professional Project, consisted of interlocked pieces of folded, bonder-webbed leatherette. Being able to create a final for this project was a valuable experience as it gave me with a taster of how a professional designer has to work to produce for clients. It made me consider time management and costing, also what materials would be suitable in order for it to be wearable. It also taught me how the most simplest of textile manipulation techniques can produce some interesting outcomes.
