Carnarium was an exploration of flesh and bone, in order to reconnect users with the meat production process and dismantle the taboo associated with the hidden processes involved with killing, butchering and preparing meat. The aim was to be revealing in the process and in the architecture, by providing an analogous link between animal and structure.
