Future Time Pictures is an exciting company working in behind-the-scenes & VR360 on major Hollywood movies.

Our most recent work includes “Mission: Impossible – Fallout”, and “The Kodiak Queen” documentary with Richard Branson and Kate Winslet. 

Our sister company specialises in creating documentaries and films; we’re currently in pre-production for our first feature.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work across both companies, across production, post-production and other projects in various stages of development.

The job is full-time, hugely varied and fulfilling, and is perfect if you’re looking to develop your skills across the board – especially if you want to become a Producer.

The following is an indication of role responsibilities:

Production & Post Production Co-Ordinator: organising small to large-scale interviews and shoots, liaising with studios, sourcing and booking freelancers, hiring necessary equipment, managing hard drives, ensuring delivery is achieved on budget and by deadline.

Project Assistant: all aspects of pre-production of our feature film, marketing and distributing our recently released documentary, website and social media management, budgets and schedules for projects.
Personal Assistant: diary management, booking meetings, travel, accommodation and other appointments as necessary.
Office Management: maintenance of the office, ensuring the office is a healthy and positive working environment, administration responsibilities, managing office finances.


We’re looking for a passionate and motivated self-starter who is committed to gaining skills and experience in production. Attention to detail and office skills (including emailing and computer literacy) are essential. We’re a close-knit team, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, funny and ready to get stuck in.
