Description: A professional graphic designer is required to join a dynamic and fast-growing property developer based at Headlands Business Park in Ringwood, Hampshire. Due to the location of our head office and the nature of the role visiting sites and printers, a full driving license and car ownership is required.

This is a varied and highly stimulating opportunity for a career minded individual who would like to be hands-on and responsible for a vast array of marketing and design projects, including brochures, DL, signage, vinyl, leaflets and hoardings. Video creativity and editing skills will also be welcomed. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate of graphic design and/or marketing to kick-start a career in their field.

Please be aware that the successful candidate will spend 75% of their time on graphic design projects, and 25% supporting the marketing manager on general marketing work. This will include copy writing, liasising with suppliers and stakeholders, managing individual projects, assessing and planning site signage and generally being a highly creative, communicative marketing executive.

NB: candidates who are invited to interview will be required to showcase their portfolio of design work, and we encourage those candidates to show us what you can do.

Required:

Fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

A thorough understanding of printing, print processes and specifications

Highly communicative and a team player, to work alongside colleagues and suppliers

Pro-active attitude and ability to work independently in a deadline-sensitive environment

Strong organisational skills

Ability to understand project briefs

Second to none attention to detail

Strong copy writing skills

Desirable:

Fluent in video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Experience in designing floor plans, plates and site maps for properties

An interest in property and development
