Whether it’s about enhancing your creativity, mastering a new skill, or indulging in a subject you have a passion for,
discover what we have to offer.

Our Short Courses give you the confidence to express your creativity. From practical skills to life or career changing possibilities, our courses in art, design, media and performance will help you explore your potential.

The quality of our Short Courses is second to none. You’ll benefit from the facilities and teaching support of one of the UK’s top arts universities. Leading tutors design our courses, bringing creative subjects alive. You simply need enthusiasm and passion rather than formal qualifications to take part.

So what’s stopping you? Our courses run in the evenings or on Saturdays, so you can fit them round school, college, work or family.

Our Short Courses are generally suitable for anyone aged 16+. 9–16 year olds can join our Saturday Art School. Here, if you are an aspiring young artist you will have the chance of exploring creativity outside regular school classes, guided by our expert tutors. We can also create fully bespoke training programmes on request.
