Visiting Tutor

Caroline has a BA Hons Degree in Commercial Photography and many years of extensive experience in a wide range of photography genres, within commercial and personal work.

Caroline has lectured at the Arts University Bournemouth since 2015. She particularly enjoys being part of the team delivering the International Foundation Diploma course, developing confidence through creative experimentation. Leading to the students fulfilling their potential and progress in their creative direction and education.

Denise Poote

Visiting Tutor

Denise gained BA Hons in Fine Art at Arts University Bournemouth and MA Drawing at University of the Arts London, Wimbledon.  Her practice involves a broad engagement across media and form to make work that is inspired by a sense of encounter and movement, often creating a process and framework in response to a context, brief or opportunity.  This process often leads to participatory elements and will be material- and form- specific.  As a practitioner, Denise is an experienced collaborator, interested in artist-led project initiatives and in developing new creative endeavours in the area.

She has worked with all ages across the Dorset region, devising and delivering art workshops and working in residence in various institutions. She is Visiting Tutor at AUB across course disciplines to deliver drawing and art and design workshops for both external parties and the HE and FE student cohorts.
