Since graduating in 2016 I have worked in marketing and development roles at Salisbury International Arts Festival, the V&A as well as freelance projects for local government arts festivals and events. I’m now currently a Development Officer at Bristol Music Trust, having worked here since September 2017.
Bristol Music Trust is the charity that run Colston Hall, Bristol’s largest concert hall, and the music education hub Bristol Plays Music.
The development team is responsible for the fundraising strategy and activity for the Trust, with a current focus on the £48.8million capital redevelopment of Colston Hall. I work across a range of funding streams and projects, with a particular focus on the membership and patron schemes and corporate sponsorship, as well as the events surrounding these.
