Sevra is Head of Learning at The Design Museum and a dedicated leader of design programmes for positive social impact and experiences in the strategic development and growth of design learning programmes. She is particularly skilled at business development, as well as speaking and writing about the potential of design in society and the importance of design education.
Sevra has consulted on design education and social innovation for international government clients and led the global expansion of the RSA Student Design Awards programme, including increasing income and the range of funding partners, as well as growing the programme’s profile. She frequently writes and speaks about the role of design in an increasingly complex world.
Sevra trained as an architect and designer and worked in industry before joining the not-for-profit sector to lead strategic design programmes.
