Circus of the Damned presented a themed evening of live circus performance, musical treats and transformed walkthrough areas for audiences to explore and engage with.

Blending physical performance, design installation, unique sites and unexpected surprises, the event’s innovative format rejects the passive obedience usually expected of theatre audiences.

“Were you one of the lucky people who managed to snaffle tickets to the incredible Circus of the Damned last night?

Organised by final year students at Arts University Bournemouth, this unique events saw guests welcomed by a sinister selection of characters, entertained by extreme circus acts and encouraged to explore different rooms housing paranormal magicians, tarot readers and a creepy aray of dolls – not to mention the Apothecary, which served a selection of beer and bloody brain shooters. Fabulous evening showcasing the incredible talent at AUB!”
