BA (Hons) Fine Art Course Leader, Richard Waring, has had a chapter published in Professional Practice: 20 Questions.
The book features interviews with UK undergraduate Fine Art staff, exploring how students are prepared for life after art school.
This book sheds light on the important question: what and who is a fine art education for? It is essential reading for anyone teaching art at secondary level and above, sector professionals, and for anyone who might be thinking of studying fine art at undergraduate level.
Richard attended the opening launch of the book on Friday 19th November that was held at the prestigious Hauser & Wirth London gallery in Mayfair.
A copy of the book will be available in the library soon.
Last month, Richard was also awarded with Senior Fellow status from the Higher Education Academy, and had a painting featured in the famous Bourne Identity film series.
