The iconic Channel 4 show Eurotrash returns on Friday June 17th at 9pm presented by Antoine de Caunes and Jean Paul Gaultier.
As the British nation prepares to vote in the European Union referendum on 23rd June Eurotrash returns with an édition spéciale to remind us of the many, varied and occasionally alarming cultural delights enjoyed by our European cousins.
Alice Stevens, Senior Lecturer in Graphic Design at AUB has returned to her industry roots to join the production team for the one-off show. Alice says that “It was very intensive within the time frame but also lots fun to work on such an iconic show”.
She adds “I love the range of creativity that a production like Eurotrash invites. My role in Production Design has covered designing stings for motion graphics, four studio sets and even a ‘little red riding hood’ costume for Jean Paul Gaultier!”.
Tim Carter, CEO Twenty Twenty Productions, says “Eurotrash is the reason most of us work in telly! I’m sure when it comes to the Referendum, it will be Eurotrash wot wins it … for which side is anyone’s guess.”
