Poland Residential Study Trip
In February 2017, students from BA (Hons) Fine Art visited Poland for a residential study trip.
Each year, the Fine Art course offers opportunities for students to attend a residential study trip at a low cost. Previous year’s students have been to Madrid, Venice, Antwerp, Milan, Berlin and Poland.
The students attend galleries, contemporary art fairs, monuments, and this year had the chance to do a bit of skiing.
In Poland, they visited the Auschwitz museum, an Artist’s studio, Schindler’s factory and Zakopane with a view of the mountains.
The study trip is not only geared towards art research-related visits but also is a chance for students to experience cultural exchanges.
