The 11th April welcomes back From Page to Screen for its 10th anniversary edition, as part of Bridport’s Film Festival.
In May 2018, the BA (Hons) Make-up for Media and Performance course attend the International Make-up Trade Show (IMATs) in London.
IMATs is the ‘world’s largest celebration of make-up artistry’. It’s held all over the world, from Canada to the United States. The European version of the event will be held in London, Olympia.
Coming to Old Poole Town on 21st April 2018, Coastliners is bringing traditional sea shanties back to the good people of Dorset.
The Sea Shanty and Sea-Folk Festival is a family-friendly event run by a group of final-year BA (Hons) Creative Events Management (CEM) students. The event will include a programme of performances from sea shanty bands and folk acts, local food and drink stalls, workshops, and other exciting experiences.

Get your creative caps on this Saturday for the Spellbound 2 Day Festival at Talbot Heath School. An exploration of literature and illustration for young people, this fun-filled event is open to people of all ages.
Following on from last year’s success, the 6th March 2018 saw the AUB Human Symposium return with Innovative Futures.
The inspiring event comprised of workshops and keynote talks from a range of award-winning industry speakers and AUB students, accompanied by a pop-up cinema made from straw bales.
17th March – 20th May 2018, New Brewery Arts
On the 17th March 2018, the Lucienne Day: Living Design touring exhibition opens at its newest home, the New Brewery Arts in Cirencester. New Brewery Arts has been an advocate for all things craft in the Cotswolds since 1978. They boast an impressive range of courses and workshops, along with an exhibition gallery showing the best of British craft.
Jonny Hoskins, Senior Lecturer for the BA (Hons) Acting course, worked as Movement Director for Croatian stage production, A Je To!, a co-production between Nu:Write Theatre Festival Zagreb and Trešnja.
