Wolfgang Tillmans, critically acclaimed Photographer and AUB alumnus, recently visited the University to give a guest lecture to students.
The lecture is part of the BA (Hons) Commercial Photography Guest Speaker programme, which includes speakers from a variety of areas within the creative industries, including set designers, art directors, picture editors, agents, stylists and photographers from a variety of genres.
Mitch Payne studied FdA Commercial Photography at AUB, and has since gone on to create work for brands internationally renowned brands.
He talks about working on campaigns for the likes of Nike and Grey Goose.
BA (Hons) Photography alumna, Kym Cox, graduated in 2014. Her work focuses on bubbles for art and science.
As well as exhibiting at various Science and Engineering festivals over the past year, Kym’s work was shown alongside Brian Griffin’s ‘Himmelstrasse’ at The Royal Photographic Society’s Magic Gallery earlier 2016.
James Stopforth is a BA (Hons) Commercial Photography alumnus, who graduated from The Arts Institute at Bournemouth (AUB) in 2009.
We caught up with him to find out more about life after university, which has included shooting with iconic British fashion photographers – and the royal family.
