BA (Hons) Illustration alumnus and AUB Visiting Tutor, Robin Mackenzie graduated in 2013 and has since been creating prints for books, products, magazines and a wide variety of exhibitions and shows.
Robin was approached in June 2015 by Ardbeg Whiskey distillery to create illustrations for their new special edition whiskey, Ardbeg Dark Cove. The brief was to design four wood engravings that told the story of the smuggling past that led to Ardbeg’s origins as a distillery on the Scottish island of Islay in 1815.

Nick graduated in 2013 and has now secured the role of DJ Sound as F*** in the new BBC3 comedy series, which follows the lives of two flat-mates under witness protection.
Wayne Sables is fascinated with the relationships between dance, technology and space, and how they can be used to engage and empower an audience. Through an intensive week’s work, Wayne will be working with the first year BA (Hons) Dance students to create a series of short performance works. Each work will be presented in a different space, exploring a different dance and technology relationship. Live streamed each day, it places the concept of dance performance in a new light.
