An impressive win for our fresh BA (Hons) Graphic Design Graduates.
The best courses from across the UK exhibit at D&AD New Blood Festival in Shoreditch London. The stands were judged by top industry designers and art directors and our Graphic Design stand won the top award – ‘Best Stand’. This award recognises design presentation, communication and accessibility to student work. We showcased all our Graphic Design graduates using various media including showreel, portfolios and websites.
Third year BA (Hons) Textiles students recently returned from a successful week at New Designers Part 1 at the Business Design Centre in Islington – the ‘UK’s most important exhibition for emerging design’.
New Designers is a showcase for new and emerging design talent in the UK, featuring graduate work from Britain’s leading design courses. Part I focuses on Textiles, as well as jewellery, ceramics and glass.
Phyllida and Nic were commissioned to build a bespoke installation for the new Mexican-inspired healthy eatery by co-owners Trevor Hill and JJ Adams, after making the door handles for the restaurant.

BA (Hons) Fine Art student, Josie Dove, has been awarded runner up at The Batsford Prize 2016.
