The new build, split between four on-campus blocks will offer rooms to 300 students. All rooms are en-suite and single occupancy – each eight-bed cluster flat has a communal kitchen and dining area.
Having the student halls on campus means that we’re contributing to our sustainability ambitions. We’re aiming to reduce travel distances, increase safe travel for pedestrian and cyclists (in the immediate area) and with solar panels on the roof we’re planning to reduce the building’s energy demand, too.
