Our Campus

Centre for Creative Learning

We believe that AUB is a community of learners, Centre for Creative Learning (CCL) is here to support students, staff, alumni and our external partners to maximise the opportunities in their time here and beyond.

CCL is continually improving our digital and physical learning environment, helping AUB become the leading specialist university for creativity and careers.

Learning and Teaching works for a better learning experience preparing you for a successful career. We also support staff developing their teaching to the highest professional standard.

Research supports our growing postgraduate research student community and our staff generating new knowledge in the creative arts.

Industry keeps learning and teaching connected to the latest developments in industry and gives staff and students routes to get their ideas out into the world through collaborative projects.

CCL also works with Employability on projects like the Student Entrepreneurship Group.

At the heart of the campus The Library is a multi-functional study space with a multitude of print, media and online resources with staff who are happy to support your research and creativity.

The Museum of Design in Plastics (MoDiP) is the UK’s only accredited museum dedicated to plastics. This collection of 12,500 objects from 1880 to today is a unique resource for AUB allowing you to respond to a century and a half of changing design and materials.

Digital Campus Services (DCS) lead on new initiatives responding to student requests, such as the AUB App and live timetable information on your phone. They are working with staff and students to develop a digital learning environment fit for a creative campus.
