INCREMENTAL SALARY SCHEME
With annual cost of living increases.
AUB employees automatically become members of either the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (academic staff) or the Local Government Pension Scheme (professional services staff) (unless they choose not to).
|I – III||25 days (pro rata for part time contracts)|
